Senior Executive Assistant to APAC Head of Compliance recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide general administrative and secretarial support to our Head of Compliance- Asia Pacific. The scope of responsibilities includes the following:
- Handling and management of confidential documents and sensitive personnel information
- Scheduling appointments and management of calendars for the APAC Head of Compliance as well as VIP visitors from other locations
- Prepare and complete expense claims
- Handle travel and lodging arrangements
- Answer telephone calls and handle these in a professional manner
- Telephone calls screening
- Record accurately telephone messages
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Filing
Skills
REQUIREMENTS
- At least eight years' of secretarial experience and with substantial experience in supporting senior executives
- Conscientious, organized, confident and highly motivated
- Good prioritization skills
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Able to perform well under stressful environment
- Ability to prepare internal/external correspondences independently
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
- Flexible, analytical and able to handle every tasks discreetly
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel) - good typing capability in both Chinese and English
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
