Senior Executive Assistant – UAE National recruitment
In this challenging role, you will be assisting the Regional Head in the day-to-day operations of the office. This role will include but not be limited to the daily maintenance of agendas and calendars, typing of documents and reports, and arranging and keeping track of all meetings, as well as keeping minutes. In addition, you will be an organized individual and will maintain professional filing of records.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- University Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Impeccable organization skills and ability to maintain records
- UAE Citizenship
