The role

Following its expansion across the region, our client is looking today for a Senior Executives Talent Management Specialist to support the existing regional Human Capital structure. This role represents a unique opportunity to have an impact on an already very successful organization with a strong presence in the region. With a passion for Talent Management, you have gained between 7 and 10 years of experience regionally dealing with this area at a senior level. You understand the specific needs and expectations of senior executives and can design and deliver if needed a variety of talent management tools and solutions. You are creative, insightful and have a high level of energy.

Mature and confident, you feel comfortable liaising with top management thanks to your strong interpersonal skills.

You are technically strong and while your capacity for execution is recognized, you can take part in strategic discussions and help create a best in class Talent Management environment.
