Senior Fixed Income Finance Business Partner
My client a leading financial institution are looking to add a new member to their Fixed Income team to support their Fixed Income COO and manage the strategic delivery of the day to day business. The fixed income area of the business consists of Risk, Operations, IT and Commercial departments. The role sits within the commercial area and requires an individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
You will need to have strong fixed income knowledge and have experience and responsibilities will include:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Managing the groups consolidated fixed income plan
- Delivering monthly market behaviour analysis by product
Reporting
- Managing the external and internal reporting activities of the fixed income business management function
- Developing Client Management Information to enhance the Client experience
Operational Risk and Control
- Managing Operational Risk issues from initiation through to resolution
- Managing quarterly Operational Risk reporting
Projects
- Working closely with the COO to map the market of competitor landscape
- Reviewing fees
- Managing specific work streams of existing projects
You must have extensive CAPEX and OPEX experience to enabling you to manage, maintain and deliver the annual revenue whilst working with stakeholders within the other departments within fixed income.
Successful candidates will hold a professional accounting qualification with 5-7 years PQE and have substantial experience in financial services. You will need to demonstrate your projects experience and how you have added value to a business. You do not have to have extensive operations and controls experience for this role.
