Senior FL Claims Adjuster
Full Job Description
Senior Claims Adjuster must provide a quality focused claims service and is responsible for ensuring the effective and prompt settlement of claims notified to FL Team.
٠ Ensure effective and prompt settlement of PI claims in FL business areas.
٠ Investigate and negotiate claims within defined authority limits.
٠ Setting of accurate case reserves.
٠ Contribute to high level technical output from team.
٠ Contribute to a positive and supportive Team Culture.
٠ Management of external counsel and experts both locally and internationally.
٠ Promptly handle and resolve all claims enquiries from customers, brokers and third parties.
٠ Advise Coach less experienced claims adjusters as appropriate.
٠ Good Technical knowledge of all products and services offered by FPL Team.
٠ High Level market, risk and business awareness
٠ Strong understanding of legislation and legal liability.
٠ Excellent understanding of London Market Insurance Environment.
٠ Interpretation of policy covers.
A major name in the London Market.
£50K - £65K depending on experience.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
