Senior Flex Implementation Analyst- Farnborough
An exciting opportunity has arisend for a Senior Flex Implementation Analyst will configure flex schemes for clients on The Benefi Solution (TBS). This role will involve consulting with clients on their functional, data and process requirements and performing data analysis, building of 'rules' and calculations, using a content management tool to configure the 'front end' and to build the data interfaces/reports needed to run the scheme. Ongoing technical support will be provided to the administration team outside of project work.
As a Senior Flex Implementation Analyst your responsiblites will include:
To consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding technical functionality, data requirements and process.
To configure the calculation, eligibility and date rules as well as the benefit structure and rates of benefits included within flex programmes or to be displayed on total reward statements.
To specify and build the data interfaces from clients' HRIS systems and files to clients' payroll.
Using the content management tool to set up the member portal so that it is appropriately branded and the signed off text is added to the site.
To configure the ongoing processing framework for the client (setting up lifestyle event rules) and ensure the ongoing reporting is set up in the most efficient way for the administration team.
To analyse data provided by the client to ensure this is 'clean' and to confirm that eligibility to benefits matches the documented rules. Some data validations against the client's payroll data or information held by existing providers may be needed.
To produce test scripts/packs to allow for testing by the administration team and the client.
To peer review and test the set up of clients configured by colleagues.
To provide the admin team with documentation/training on the scheme set up.
To make changes to the configuration/reporting through the scheme year as required.
To contribute to the evolution of TBS.
As a Senior Flex Implementation Analyst, your skills/experience will include:
Strong excel skills and a logical mind to be able to analyse data and 'write' eligibility and calculation rules.
Experience of using flexible benefits systems is essential and experience in configuring flexible benefits systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of different payroll/HRIS systems
Knowledge of SSRS reporting tool would be beneficial but not required.
Knowledge of html would be beneficial but not required.
Knowledge of Pervasive and SQL would be beneficial but not required.
