Senior Flow FX Sales
Leading investment bank based in NEW YORK looking to add a senior sales person to their G10 Flow FX Sales desk. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience selling G10 Flow FX products to institutions located in the USA. The candidate must have a transferable book of business of institutional clients and be able to start generating revenue almost immediately.
The focus of the role will be to contribute to and increase the number of active investors ( institutional clients ) to whom the bank distributes G10 Flow FX products. This role will have a broad mandate allowing flexibility with constructing G10 Flow FX products that the institutional client base demands. This bank has global reach and a very strong presence in the USA.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- A minimum of 7 years on a G10 Flow FX sales desk at a bank ( with a focus on sales to institutional clients )
- Products knowledge: G10, FX, Flow ( strong market knowledge of emerging markets is preferable also )
- Clients: Institutions in the USA
- Maintenance of the existing institutional client base and acquisition of new institutional clients in the US market.
- Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
- Improve levels of business passing through desk, improving profitability
- Advise clients and provide them with trade ideas with regards to Flow FX ( G10 / Emerging Market )
- Very good revenue generation figures and track record
- Ability to work under pressure and within an international environment
