Senior Fund Accountant - London
An Internationally renowned Asset Management company are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their Real Estate division on a contract basis. We are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately.
As Senior Fund Accountant you will be overseeing the fund administrator as well as reviewing financial statements and reports . This role offers the successful candidate to work in a business facing capacity.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Reviewing financial statements and management accounts
- Creating forecasting models for various funds
- Producing board reports on a quarterly basis
- Developing and maintaining systems and control processes
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with a degree in a numerical based subject. Previous experience producing and reviewing management accounts and financial statements within Property would be highly desirable. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint would be advantageous.
Working alongside the business and finance department you will have excellent communication skills and be able to present reports and suggest areas for development to internal and external contacts.
