Senior FX Corporate Sales
Reporting to the Head of Treasury Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate customers (within a defined target market) to use the treasury products and services offered by the bank. These products include foreign exchange, money markets and interest rates. This would be done by generating leads and meeting the key decision maker(s), and signing up the company through the articulation of the treasury solutions value proposition.
The Role
- Acquire new business to meet set targets through sourcing leads and cold calling
- All clients to be visited prior to set up
- Business networking and relationship building
- Maintain a strong fluid client relationship for the first year and facilitate the transfer of the relationship to the dealing team in a seamless fashion
- Manage and maintain company presence in the marketplace whilst espousing company values
Understand aligned industry:
- Ensure that you understand the industries you are aligned to. Align our value proposition to the industry and map our treasury products with the industry risks and concerns.
Account set up:
- Ensure the account has a suitable (for both the client and the Bank) trading and credit limit.
- Ensure all relevant information is input into the CRM system.
- Ensure all “know your client” (KYC) information is correct and up to date.
- Assist the client with their first few deals ensuring that the client is happy and comfortable with dealing with the bank.
