Senior FX electronic trading developer – Bank recruitment
My client, a leading Investment Bank is looking to hire a Senior FX developer with solid Investment banking or Financial services background to join their FX team.
This specialist FX Development team is embarking on a number of Greenfield and innovative projects in 2012 and beyond and need re-enforcements with specialist FX development experience.
Key Senior C#/Java Developer (FX) key tasks:
- Proven experience providing Solutions focussed on FX, Commodities, and Energy trading.
- Contribute to the design, configuration and Development of in-house and vendor applications.
- FX Projects, enhancements, and innovation contribution
- Participate in the specification of business and technical requirements for vendor and internal development.
Senior C# / Java Developer (FX) Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience of the following in a trading environment:
- Solid skills across Electronic trading, Etrading, algo, ECNs, Exchanges etc
- C# or Java, JavaScript, WinForms, Remoting SOA skills
- Experience in an FX, FX options commodities environment
- Experience working within the full project life cycle
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Candidates must have previous banking experience along with exposure working with etrading / ECN/ electronic trading platforms, in order to be considered for this position.
