Informa Business Information is seeking talented Senior HR Advisor’s looking to take ownership of providing end to end HR support as we continue to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor wanting to step up and solely manage their own client group or for a Senior HR Advisor looking to join a FSTE 250 growing publishing company.
The Senior HR Advisor will take ownership of providing a full HR service and act as a key partner to their Division, providing on-going professional HR support to managers and staff. They will turn strategic intent into tactical delivery of HR objectives from promoting employee engagement, managing day to day ER issues through to processing monthly payroll.
Operating across 11 Division’s, our HR function provides critical support across our entire organisation with responsibility for driving the global workforce strategy. The HR team is committed to providing innovative, practical human resource solutions which help achieve the Company’s overall objective to become a world class online media organisation. We deliver professional HR services for a dynamic client base across many international locations. This requires advisory and specialist knowledge on the full breadth of HR issues according to local practice and legislation.
The successful Senior HR Advisor candidates must demonstrate:
- Broad generalist HR background with an understanding of employment related legislation
- Credibility in delivering proactive HR services and advice to frontline managers
- Understanding on HR systems for processing payroll, preferably experience in SAP HR
- An ability to manage and deliver a broad range of HR projects that enhance employee engagement
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, CIPD qualified ideally
- Awareness of working in a B2B focused environment would be desirable.
