Senior HR Assistant – HR Business Partners recruitment
Responsibilities:
Client Focus
-Assist the HR Business Partners in the execution of initiatives and projects.
-Assist HR Business Partners with the coordination and processing of all employee status change forms.
-Participate in the administration of the year-end compensation planning process.
-Participate in the administration of the annual Performance Review process.
-Assist with employee relations issues by ensuring appropriate documentation is created and compliant with established HR processes and relevant employment laws.
-Serve as a resource to employees and respond to inquiries as needed, regarding HR processes and policies.
Analysis and Reporting
-Generate timely and accurate reports and analysis of HR data by running PS query reports and other system tools.
-Assist HRBPs with special projects and presentations.
Administrative Support
-Perform the day to day administrative needs of the HR Business Partners.
-Process TE reports for HRBPs.
-Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, etc.
Qualifications:
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
-Some college, Bachelors degree preferred
-2 to 3 years of Human Resources experience or relevant work experience
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
-Strong organizational skills and communication skills
-Experience using Peoplesoft and the internet
-Exceptional PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
-Excellent telephone manner
-Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
-Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
