Senior HR Business Partner – Global Technology & Operations recruitment

Our client is a major global bank and has strong global network and regional presence. They are seeking to recruit a dynamic and high caliber HR Business Manager to support the Global Technology Operations.

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, Global Technology Operations, you will be responsible for enhancing business and functional performance through appropriate advice and facilitation of robust, integrated people management strategies and processes. You will support key clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives through appropriate advice / interventions, and coordinate and influence the development of a performance culture through effective development of people.   You will facilitate group interventions to solve business problems, develop HR practices that act as strategic differentiators, coach and guide senior managers on people practices, and facilitate talent management and other global processes.  You will drive the Bank's culture in creating a 'preferred' work place for the employees, foster an environment where employee behavior is aligned to Bank’s values and play a key role in managing complex organizational change projects with people implications.

You are a seasoned HR professional with proven years of HR experience supporting technology and operations group. You are assertive, tenacious, highly driven, and continually set stretching goals for self and teams and pushing for results. You are focused and structured in approach, effective in managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, adopt a strengths based approach in all interactions with the business and build personal credibility and strong partnerships within business and HR teams across the network.
