Senior HR Business Partner, APAC recruitment
Our client is a leading financial services firm that are currently looking to re-structure their HR function. As a result they are now looking for a Senior HR practitioner to come on board and lead a major client group.

With a direct reporting line to the Head of HR for the APAC region and a dotted line to the global HQ you will be the lead person on all HR activities for Asia Pacific across a wide ranging set of clients. You will be focusing on higher level activity working direct with the business to manage change, succession planning and performance across this demanding group. Support is provided to allow you to truly focus on working direct with the business leads and you will be heavily involved in all management meetings.
We are ideally looking for a senior HR Business Partner who is looking for their next challenging opportunity. Previous exposure to financial services would be regarded as advantageous, however not completely essential if you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the sector. HR experts with a passion for talent management and organizational design will be preferred, but need to remember that this is a generalist role and you will need to still demonstrate this capability. English language skills are essential with an additional Asia language being seen as a “nice to have”. In addition to this we are also looking for:
