Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

bull; Ensure that HR/Business Processes are delivered in line with the business needs, this incorporates:
bull; Compensation
bull; Resource Planning
bull; Recruitment
bull; Colleague Relations/Wellbeing. Ensure excellent colleague communications. Ensure that colleague relations/wellbeing needs are being met.
bull; Partner with centralised HR teams to ensure delivery of HR services to the plant.
bull; Advises/consults with colleagues and managers in HR processes, recommending appropriate decisions or courses of action.
bull; Diagnose, design, develop and implement organisational development programmes in line with site strategic plans.
bull; Provide advice and guidance in the design of organisational structures and roles for business units and customers.
bull; Influence and support the adoption and implementation of effective organisational change initiatives.

Requirements:

 CIPD Qualified or equivalent HR Qualification
 Aprox 5 years HR experience in FS
 Previous experience in a HR business partner role is an advantage.
 Having an appreciation and understanding of the role of Human Resources and proven experience in change management is essential.
 Proven experience in team development and team facilitation
