Senior HR Business Partner for Technology- Banking recruitment

Reporting to the Group HR Head for Technology, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and driving the HR agenda for Group Technology which comprises of 90,000 staff across the globe. The successful candidate will also coordinate and influence the development of a performance culture through effective development of people and play a key role in managing complex organisational change projects with people implications.

The role calls for an assertive, tenacious individual who is willing to challenge the business and the function when required. This highly driven individual will be expected to set challenging goals for self and teams, and continually push for results.

The successful candidate must be a degree holder with minimum 15 years of strategic HR advisory experience, ideally gained in large MNC’s within the Banking or Technology sectors.
