Senior HR Business Partner, Front Office – Top Investment Bank recruitment

Our client is a leading global investment bank with an unparalleled reputation across global markets. The need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional, to be based in their Regional Headquarters in HK. The organisation has been through exciting development and growth over the past few years and is seeking to build up its HR capability in response to growing business need.

Reporting directly to a Regional Head of HR you will provide HR advisory support to a front office business unit with a population spread across Asia Pacific. Your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. Your role will be a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of advisory activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training development, always acting on a consultative basis.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 7 years experience, working within the Financial Services sector. Previous Front Office exposure will be advantageous. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
