Senior HR Business Partner, Global Asset Management firm, Regio recruitment
Our client is a top tier investment house with a well-respected brand name. Due to their ongoing committment to the region, the opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to join them at this critical stage of growth.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this is a key hire to support their Asian business. Covering both back as well as front office client groups, your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. This role will be a true business partner position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning development, always acting on a consultative basis. You will be supported by an HR admin team.
You will be degree-qualified with over 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within Financial Services. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Most importantly, you will have a positive attitude, thrive from working directly with senior management, and be able to offer a strategic vision as well as being hands on in your approach.
