Senior HR Business Partner recruitment
The Senior HR Business Partner will be primarily responsible for leading the development, implementation and delivery of cost-effective HR processes, systems and metrics to support HR operations and services across designated international locations.
The role includes manpower planning, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll co-ordination, employee development and succession planning.
The Senior HR Business Partner co-ordinates the full range of HR services working with the Country General Managers, local HR teams and external service providers.In addition there will be extensive liaison with Head Office functions including Learning and Development, HR Operations, Legal, Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities to include:
- Implement International HR strategy as a key input into the overall group HR strategy.
- Responsible for the implementation of HR operational plans as defined within the HR strategy for each country/acquisition.
- Provide inputs in the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and monitor their achievements on periodic basis.
- Assist the Head of International HR in the department’s annual budgeting process.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in Human Resources preferably with an International or Pan-Regional Bank including responsibilities for international operations. Prior exposure to HR due diligence and integration projects is preferable.
