Senior HR Business Partner recruitment

The Senior HR Business Partner will be primarily responsible for leading the development, implementation and delivery of cost-effective HR processes, systems and metrics to support HR operations and services across designated international locations.

The role includes manpower planning, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll co-ordination, employee development and succession planning.

The Senior HR Business Partner co-ordinates the full range of HR services working with the Country General Managers, local HR teams and external service providers.In addition there will be extensive liaison with Head Office functions including Learning and Development, HR Operations, Legal, Finance and Operations.
