Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager within the Retail banking department, you will provide HR advisory support to the retail branches across Hong Kong. Your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. Your role will be a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of HR advisory activities always acting on a consultative basis. You will be supported by a direct team of HR specialists in CB, LD and recruitment.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong and stable track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 8+ years' experience, working within the Financial Services, preferably retail banking sector. A thorough understanding of the full range of HR activities is essential. An energetic, passionate approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a pre-requisite.
