Senior HR Executive APAC – Total Rewards – European Pharma MNC recruitment
A leading pharmaceutical MNC is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Executive to focus on compensation benefits and work force analytics
Reporting in the Regional HR Director and sitting in the APAC HR team you will be responsible for the CB policies across the region focusing on job evaluation, short term and long term incentives, impact of benefits changes and annual salary reviews, salary benchmarking and updating the HRIS database. In addition you will be responsible for workforce planning and feeding this into succession planning.
Ideally degree educated with 4-6 years experience in compensation benefits and workforce planning you will have strong analytical skills with ability to analyse data and produce reports. With experience of dealing with external vendors and in depth knowledge of job design and job evaluation and salary bench marking this position would suit a CB specialist who is looking for broaden there generalist experience.
