Senior HR Executive – Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics recruitment

Our valued client is a leader in the Pharmaceutical field with a strong global presence. The company is fast paced , progressive and a great environment to work. They are looking to recruit for a Senior HR Generalist who has a strong background and interest in Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics. Working closely with the Regional HR Director and the HR team this role will involve the full spectrum of HR but with a large focus on the specialist areas, supporting an employee base across 12 countries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and have an exceptional eye for detail. This role will offer the candidate exposure to a creative environment, which will lead on to excellent career opportunities.

Key duties to include:-

Full spectrum of HR Generalist duties

Total Rewards Management

Lead the rewards review across 12 countries across the APAC region

Total rewards design and implementation of bonuses and long term incentives

Manage the review of salaries and conduct competitive CB analysis internally and externally

Workforce Planning Analytics

Design and manage the Workforce Planning Analytics process, helping the business to make decisions on recruitment, LD, and succession planning.

Work closely with internal teams to co-design and implement a consistent workforce planning analysis platform

Co-design and develop analytical operational reports to management
