Senior HR Operations Manager recruitment

You will champion and manage selected global processes across performance, rewards and benefits, with a focus on pay, performance potential interim and final reviews. Support continuous development and improvement of various global performance, reward benefits products and processes with simple, scalable and sustainable global solutions.

Support the management of the interim and final reviews including specific responsibility for data management, global analysis, technology, operation execution processes, operationalising regulatory requirements, letter templates and analytics approach. Working closely with the performance reward and benefit team in the HR shared service centre and the delivery channel to support effective execution.

You will collaborate with internal teams to build capability and a robust knowledge management and enhance the employee experience. Work on reduction or related queries.    Provide guidance to the performance, reward and benefits team and appropriate governance and messaging to support appropriate outcomes for the organisation, managing timely updates to key stakeholders and influence outcomes as required. Lead the market data project by liaising with vendors, HR shared services and the PRB champion network, employees and management on the pay, performance and potential review effectiveness, and track actions to closure.

You will also support the development of a technology road map for pay, performance and potential. Work on the evaluation of effectiveness (both operations and user perspectives of the online system, e-performance and other in-house systems and effect required changes. Scoping and solution design for centralisation / automation of pay, performance and process products and processes and champion all change requests. Work closely with the Head, Performance and Recognition in providing support to various initiatives in performance and recognition product areas in addition to pay, performance and process delivery.

Applicants should have strong HR Operations experience coupled with some previous experience in reward operations, and strong experience in project management and delivery. Highly analytical and numerate, and a focus on high standards, quality and high attention to detail. Experience working in an international reward function is highly advantageous.
