Senior HR Representative – Switzerland (Competitive Salary) recruitment
Main Tasks:
• Act as a HR business advisor to the management across several subsidiaries in Europe
• Manage and coordinate entire HR related procedures and practices such (performance management, compensation, talent management, HR administration)
• Consult with other members of the HR Team to ensure consistent application of practices and policies
• Manage on-going interaction with company employees at all levels
• Lead HR projects that have wide-ranging effects on the organization
Your Profile:
• Relevant background in international business and human resources/development practices
• Awareness of cross-functional issues and deep understanding of client business objectives
• Demonstrated performance under stressful conditions
• Ability of multicultural communication
• Proficiency in English, German and/or French
• Minimum of 8 years experience in HR and 3 years of experience in equivalent function
