SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, GREATER CHINA recruitment
Job Description
- Work closely with the China Business Head of Wholesale Banking to build the talent pipeline in Greater China
- Oversee the Human Resources Function in Hong Kong and Greater China
- Liaise with the Head Office on manpower planning and ensuring sufficient human resources provided to support the growth of business
- Formulate and review the human resources policies and practices in Greater China
- Manage the HR function and resolve HR issues in Hong Kong and Mainland China including talent acquisition, retention and development
- Plan and recruit sufficient resources for the growth of the business
- Implement reward system and performance management system
- Travel frequently to the Branches / Offices in China
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration or HRM or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Human Resources Generalist with practical experience in HR Management in Mainland China
- With Banking, financial institutions or MNCs experience preferably
- Good interpersonal skill and good communication with Businessmen and all levels of staff
- Good analytical skills and good at figures
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Willing to travel to China or stay for short period of time in overseas offices
