We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join this team in the role of Senior Implementation Manager. Reporting to the Head of Business Management, you will be responsible for the implementation of Global CMB strategy and the delivery of key projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading significant flagship CMB programs in close cooperation with all stakeholders within CMB Australia, Global and Regional CMB and other departments by developing detailed plans and managing the delivery of projects;
- Driving CMB business transformation initiatives that deliver process reengineering improvements that maximise frontline staff time with clients and enhance the overall platform for growth;
- Prioritising projects and managing the CMB IT order book and resources in order to maximise returns;
- Ensuring on-going alignment to Group and Global CMB strategy and values in business approach and in development and implementation of initiatives across the region;
- Driving and managing CMB's asset/lending proposition, including pricing management and responsibility for alignment to group/regional product governance.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in business, a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Bannking businesses, products and processes, with front line Commercial Banking sales experience an advantage;
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional programs and managing a variety of assignments simultaneously;
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record of influencing and effectively managing senior stakeholders;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of strategic awareness and commercial acumen.
