We have an opportunity for a Senior Information Security (IS) Strategy Implementation Analyst, within our Corporate Security Services (Security and Fraud) department in our Business Services division at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Business services includes; Technology Services, Group Operations, Group Property, Security and Risk (Corporate Security Services), Business Services Risk, Business Services Finance, Business Services Human Resources, Strategy and Architecture, and Procurement
Corporate Security Services (Security and Fraud) seeks to work together to protect our business and our customers and to be an intelligence-led proactive team, proud to work collaboratively with the business to assess threats and drive risk-based decisions. In order to do all that we have seven specialist teams; Investigations, Co-ordination, Intelligence and Investigations (CII), Physical Security, Fraud Prevention, Assurance, Records Management, Information Payments Security (IPS).
As Senior IS Strategy Implementation Analyst, you'll take direction from Strategy Implementation Managers, and assist with the delivery of major change programmes. You'll provide a reporting capability and liaise with business and technology areas to identify potential issues and drive action to avoid implementation issues or delay. You'll also manage IS resource, specialist expertise and technology services resource, to meet success criteria within agreed timescales. This will involve reporting delays and project risk to programme boards.
To be successful in this role as Senior IS Strategy Implementation Analyst, you'll have experience of delivering change, and be familiar with project management methodologies. It's not necessary for you to have previously worked in an Information Security function or to have financial services experience, although you'll need an understanding of Information Security to be able to translate business change requirements into technical requirements. Its essential that you have strong collaboration and influencing skills, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders with competing priorities.
