Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Nurture inbound opportunities from receipt through to sale.
· Conduct outbound call campaigns in support of marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
· Communicate to prospective customers the value added benefits of the Neopost offering.
· Qualify, determine interest and schedule follow-up meetings with potential customers for both the direct and dealer sales channels.
· Meet the standard for established department metrics, including but not limited to daily call activity, lead generation, qualified appointments, low-end product sales and record qualification.
· Update and maintain the CRM with call activity records and updated prospect records.
· Prepare quotes, as required, and issue contracts.
· Perform other duties as required.
Position Requirements
· One year of experience in a telemarketing, telesales or sales role.
· Confident customer service skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence positively.
· Proficient computer skills with an eye for details.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook with an exceptional aptitude to learn new software applications quickly.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Speaking and writing in French an asset, but not required.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
· Demonstrated ability to solve problems using an analytical thought process.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
· Internal drive and motivation to excel.
· A team player able to work effectively in an open concept office environment.
