JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Institutional/Retail Sales Manager who will report directly to the Global Head of Institutional Business. The company is looking for a door opener within the financial arena who will join a professional global sales team and will lead the process of creating new business opportunities for the company. The qualities required are: determination, resilience, tenacity and the mind-set to be effective and attain set goals. A successful Sales Manager will be given world class training and support on Forex, CFDs and B2B markets and will be offered a clear progression path and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are keen to hear from you if you have the following skills and qualities:
- Marketing and sales oriented person with a previous track record.
- Strong book of White Label/IB retail institutional clients with a specific focus on UK, Middle and Far Eastern Markets and Africa
- Strong networking, relationship building and excellent face-to-face and telephone communications skills.
- The ability to open doors to reach decision makers.
- Proven track record of success in telephone sales - ideally selling B2B to international clients.
- Experience in Forex, CFDs and/ or derivatives a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, mainly in the financial solutions area.
