Senior Institutional Sales recruitment
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients
- Contribute to meet the company's business objectives
- Improve levels of business passing through desk, improving profitability
- Responsible for Institutional sales covering a variety of fixed income products
- Account coverage includes regional central banks, private banks, asset managers and insurers in the region.
- Developing and maintaining client portfolio
- Advise clients and provide them with trade ideas
Requirements:
- Degree holders with min 6 years of industry experience (preferably on the sell-side)
- A wide network and strong relationship within the financial institutional community include commercial banks, private banks and asset managers preferred.
- Proven track record of impressive revenues generated from Fixed Income Sales
- Candidates with strong sales flair highly driven, even without relevant product knowledge are welcomed to apply.
- Highly motivated team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented and independent player; able to deal with pressure
- The person ideally has regional customers base in fixed income and structured products.
