Senior Investment Consultant recruitment
The firm’s investment activities consist of advising defined contribution and defined benefit corporate plan sponsors on asset allocation and manager selection, as well as the development of investment policy statements and the delivery of quarterly investment reviews. The firm also provides fiduciary consulting services, whereby the Investment Consultant advises plan sponsors of qualified plans on their non-investment related obligations under ERISA.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have a master’s degree from an accredited university and/or hold the CFA designation. S/he will possess a minimum of 8 years experience working in a related position focusing on providing investment advice and services to retirement plan clients. The candidate must also have good written and oral communication skills, as interaction with clients, the team and other areas of the firm is critical to success.
The candidate will work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and will be a “self starter” working often under tight deadlines. The Candidate will be expected to pursue the appropriate securities licenses (Series 6 or 7, 66, etc.) and the CFA designation, with support from the firm but primarily through disciplined self study.
