Senior Investment Officer – Global Equities

Reporting to the CIO-markets, and part of a small team of highly qualified professionals focused on direct investments in different asset classes, you are responsible for managing a long only equity portfolio within the Equity Universe. You are able to replicate any given benchmark around major equity indexes and/or specific equity themes using cash and derivative products. In order to outperform your benchmark, you have a clear and well-defined strategy (quantitative or qualitative) using risk parameters reflecting the risk budget and objectives. You participate in internal investment meetings and contribute to the overall team performance with equity-related ideas.You are able to produce detailed analysis on specific companies for strategic investment purposes. You enhance and develop equity risk management capabilities of the front office integrated system. Holder of a university degree or equivalent, you have at least ten years of experience in portfolio management or proprietary trading with a proven track record. On top of your professional competencies you are self-driven and capable of working independently towards clearly defined objectives. You favor an open communication and your positive attitude contributes to create a constructive team spirit. Behavior characteristics like humility and discretion are key for this position. You are an excellent user of information systems and you are fluent in English and French.
