Senior IT Analyst – VIP Support recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day desktop hardware/software support for primary office in Singapore and satellite offices across the globe.  Duties will include weekend desktop relocation, and rotation based off-hours support.

• Documentation of incidents and requests in Service Request system.  Maintenance of asset records under inventory.

• BlackBerry device and Cisco telephony support.

• User account administration.

• Video-conferencing and web-collaboration support.

• Working within a close knit IT team to evolve the infrastructure design to ensure scalability and east of maintenance.

• The IT department is currently working on a number of desktop engineering and AV initiatives.  The individual will be responsible for working with IT and non IT colleagues to ensure that these projects are running on track and report any deviations. Familiarity with these projects and prior hands-on experience is a big plus.

Occasional travel for production support at satellite offices is expected in addition to ad-hoc requests to travel to provide on-site VIP support at non-corporate locations.

Skills required:

• Experienced L2 desktop support.

• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Exchange administration.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.

• Responsible and committed team player with strong interpersonal skills.VIP support experience is mandatory
