SENIOR IT AUDITOR

Role Reponsibilities

- Participate in audits in accordance with correct methodology

- Perform in-depth risk analysis and contribute to the determination of the particular audit scope

- Participate in interviews with management and staff

- Document workflows of operations and identify key risks,controls and procedures

- Develop audit program/testing plan

- Document all testing and findings in accordance with methodology and professional standards

- Negotiate management actions to mitigate identified business, operational or control risks

- Participate in the drafting of audit reports

- Interact with IT and business management as required

- Develop relationships throughout the business through strong evidence of audit, technical, and business expertise

Candidate Requirements

- University degree

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in IT Audit

- Experience auditing Insurance or Financial Services companies

- Experience auditing Reinsurance companies a preference

- Technically proficient in IT infrastructure topics and/or application design and control

- CISA, CISSP or equivalent information security experience is a plus

- Working knowledge of Risk management and control techniques

- Good communication and presentation skills(written and spoken)

- Fluency in English and preferably in French
