Role Senior IT Implementation Manager - Treasury

Treasury - 12-18 Month Contract – Abu Dhabi

Background

Our client has an immediate request for a Implementation Project Manager to implement QRM -  a Asset/Liability, Transfer Pricing solution in the Group Treasury Depts.

Responsible for managing the implementation project of the Group ALM/FTP solution that will provide FTP, ALM and Liquidity Risk decision support analysis to the G-ALCO

Responsibilities

1. Design, deployment, realization and governance compliant Quality Risk Management (QRM) Model specific for Asset and Liability Management

2. Communicating regularly with appropriate management, decision makers and stakeholders

3.  Providing leadership, QRM expertise and facilitation of strategies for complex risk management efforts

4. All team leadership activities including responsibility for defining work items for team members, performance management, administration tasks, resource planning etc.

5. Ensure the architecture is built to the highest standards to allow for sufficient processing to produce the required outputs

6. Working with all IT teams within Liquidity ALM to define and deliver the required roadmap

7. Ensure consistency of design and approach with bank standards and best practice.

8. Work with the business analysts and project managers to provide estimates for delivery and input into phasing/scope

9. Technical leadership on all relevant projects including ownership of technical project plan

10. Ensure SDLC is followed, including code reviews, continuous builds, design documentation, systems documentation, unit testing etc.

Experience:

1. Over 10 years proven track record in IT project management – integration / migration with very good understanding of Treasury, asset Liability Management.

2. Expert knowledge of implementing , managing and developing an FTP framework

3. Strong leadership and performance management capabilities along with a positive attitude towards teamwork

4. Strong technical, analytical skills and solid product knowledge

5. Good understanding of FTP methodology and best international practices

6. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

7. Ability to conduct and manage meetings professionally at all times
