Senior IT Project Manager (Contact Centre) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of projects within time, cost and scope/quality defined boundaries, in accordance with IT endorsed Project Management Methodology.
- Lead projects for Contact Center and Loss Mitigation impacting global infrastructure initiatives
- Deliver solutions addressing customer requirements; define milestones, resources and schedules
- Create project expense plans, tracking and reporting variables
- Lead in implementing / applying standard processes for change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance and project communication
- Support project negotiation by providing SME expertise, negotiate for appropriately skilled human resources for project
- Build and maintain high performance teams through own actions and direction provided to others
- Ensure project closes effectively through production turnover, documentation of learning's and provision of feedback on project resource performance
- Performs all of the above independently with very limited supervision.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience leading complex technology initiatives
- Expertise leading infrastructure initiatives (i.e. dialer deployments, server upgrades, etc) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in applying project management methodologies required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization, and communication skills required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office applications required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Masters a plus
- Project Management certification (e.g. Masters Certificate or PMP) preferred
- Familiarity with Citi LATAM Region a plus
- Travel required
