In order to drive our future growth in Greater China, we are currently seeking high calibre applicants to fill the Senior IT Recruitment Consultant position which is based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop strategies to grow IT Resourcing business across Greater China
- Source the most talented individuals from local and international sources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from pipeline development through to job offer
- Work in conjunction with the commercial team to identify requirements and develop job descriptions to match those requirements
- Filter applicants based on matching skill sets and interview candidates to qualify their suitability
- Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates for interview and proactively manage client feedback
- Maintain regular contact with applicants and keep the candidate database up to date at all times
- Proactively engage new clients to identify new opportunities
Qualifications and Specific Job Skills
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment within the Financial Services IT sector
- Excellent understanding and experience of capability based assessment techniques
- Sound knowledge of various infrastructure technologies such as Structured Cabling, Telcos, Network, Server, Storage, etc.
- Strong appreciation of Project Management methodologies
- Expert in matching candidates to job roles and experienced in sourcing skilled candidates
- Commercially focused and ambitious with ability to cold call clients
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- A good team player that is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
