Senior Lead Business Analyst recruitment
My client, a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank is urgently seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst to Financial Crime Risk IT team within Cross Products and Utilities IT. Cross Products Utilities IT are responsible for providing technology solutions that support multiple Global Banking and Markets businesses. The successful candidate will assist in the analysis of new areas of work (enhancements) and provide detail analysis of the data feeds that the system receive.
Requirements:
Business (Functional) Analysis. A qualification in this specific area would be welcome.
Ability to communicate clearly with business users and the rest of the IT team.
MS Office tools (including Visio).
XML Liquid / XML Spy (or equivalent).
Experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems (desirable).
Ability to articulate a complex idea clearly and to write concisely.
Experience of working in a banking IT department would be useful.
Ability to analyse large files (e.g. larger than what Excel can support). For instance, for a column that contains a code value, what are all the values that appear in a 1 million row file?
SQL / Oracle skills (e.g. via TOAD).
Exposure to one or more of the following would be an advantage: Artificial Intelligence, free text parsing/analysis, neural networks, high performance computing, SAS, R Programming, data warehousing.
