Senior Leadership Development Manager recruitment

This is a highly technical role responsible for the end-to-end management and design of talent and leadership development programs, and support the development of the organisation's talent strategy to ensure it is focused on building the necessary capacities of internal talent required to deliver on the firm's aspirations. You will provide thought leadership on world-class people development practices and methodologies that are appropriate for the multi-generational and diverse workforce across the organisations footprint.

Consult with the business and country talent heads to understand their leadership and management development needs so they are included in any pan-organisation solution and that appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment is achieved. Consult and develop a portfolio of development experiences for specific talent segments as required, and facilitation of a portfolio of learning management development programmes to minimum of expert facilitator standards.

Applicants should have an organization development/behaviour background and experience to develop world class executive and leadership experience. A thought leader in the leadership development field with a strong industry and academic network. Proven track record of designing and executing customised and scalable global and culturally specific inclusive development, preferably within the Asia. Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organisation and work with people of varying backgrounds and seniority levels. Ability to navigate complexity and reconcile competing stakeholder demands. Mature disposition, strong communication and relationship management skills.
