Leading Investment Bank seeks a Senior Lean Project Manager to work on a lean transformation programme across their IT and Operations team. You will come from an IT background and ideally have some experience of banking operations or Consultancy. You will be solid experience in process improvement and proven experience as a change agent / consultant. You will have experience of running / coaching Agile development teams with solid project management skills. You will have solid experience in coordination and execution of all aspects of the project from reporting to stakeholder management to change management and be able to resolve issues and ensure high quality of deliverables. You will also have experience of coaching middle-management within a bank through implementation and design. You will also be able to support operation teams in the future design and in the improvements implementation.
