Senior Legal Counsel - Regional Financial Services
- Leading Risk Management Software Vendor
- Location: Singapore or Beijing
- Remuneration: RMB83,000 to RMB116,000 (month) +
The Company:
- Our client is a world leading provider of software and technology solutions to the financial services industry.

- They stand out from the crowd by offering unique software solutions to support trading risk management platforms across the region.
The Role:
- You will respond to all business requests across the APAC region, initially with a focus in the PRC
- You will handle all negotiations and drafting request for a wide range of contracts including software licensing, letters of intent, maintenance agreements and technology purchase agreements.
- You will advise the business on all IP, Regulatory and Compliance related queries / requests
What You Need:
- You will be 4 to 7 years PQE, some flexibility can be offered
- You will be called in one of the following places, PRC, HK, SG, UK, AUS, US
- Strong non-contentious IP/IT experience with exposure to general corporate/commercial issues.
- Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
