SOX Assistant Manager
This SOX Assistant Manager job in Edinburgh represents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Assurance Professional. You will be working within the Governance, Risk Control Centre of Excellence team providing SOX business partnering and other assurance activities helping deliver the company's SOX programme to the Head of SOX and Group / Divisional Senior Management and Directors.
A strong team player, the SOX Assistant Manager will be expected to be comfortable in the assessment, testing and documentation of key controls throughout the end to end process. This will involve engagement with a broad range of stakeholders across the Group, in particular the Commercial Banking community. You will also have a particular focus on testing IT controls (operated by local business teams or third parties) e.g. system access authorisation of starters / leavers / re-certifications, change management and other general computer controls.
This role is predominantly Edinburgh based with occasional travel to Dublin. Flexible working hours may be required during peak periods to help meet Group timescales / deadlines.
