Senior Manager – Regional Group Brand Development & Communications recruitment
Our Client:
A global leading financial institution, one of the most dynamic and progressive financial organisations is looking for a high calibre Brand Development professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective regional branding strategies and programs. You will be assisting in advising regional and territory management teams on branding affairs including brand compliance. Other than external brand campaigns, you will also be engaging employees to promote the brand internally by working with cross functional teams on related activities. You will also be managing and monitoring performance as well as work on projects with external vendors such as advertising agencies, digital/media placements and research houses.
Requirements:
An ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines, with at least 10 years of experience in corporate brand management. Hands-on experience in branding, advertising, marketing communications, sponsorship and market research are required and experience in financial institutions is a plus. Exposure and experience gained in both brand agency and in-house are highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as excellent English are vital to the success of the role.
