Job description
Leading the service vision in one of our stores, your proactive approach and ability to galvanize teams and individuals will be crucial. As well as maximizing profit and boosting sales performance, your effective development and deployment of staff will help drive great service and increased engagement across all areas of the store.
You'll be a custodian of BQ values, communicating and implementing our operating plan and coordinating profit protection to ensure minimal shrinkage and auditable compliance. A passionate advocate for the customer experience, you'll identify key business priorities, evaluate operational processes and deliver change, inspiring and engaging your team to do great things.
