Senior Manager
This is a mid-management level role and the successful incumbent will come from a Banking FInancial Services background, preferably project focused working across all departments of a corporate / retail bank. The key responsibility of this role will be drive Operational Excellence across the bank by working with the current balance scorecard dash board and suuporting KPI's to increase total quality across the bank. It is imperative the the ideal candidate has secured their Lean Six Sigma Balck Belt and has strong project management experience, combines with extensive hands on experience is designing and implementing the balance scorecard. Skills / experience required for the role:
- Lean six sigma black belt
- MBA is preferable
- 7-10 years solid project management experience within a banking financial services background or consultancy background focused on the Banking Financial Services industry
- Experience of designing and implementing the balance scorecard dahsboard and supporting KPI's
