Working within the Commercial Products team, the purpose of the role is to manage the Commercial lending products distributed through Corporate Commercial Banking channels. It is responsible for defining and implementing product strategy across the product lifecycle, including the delivery of key product development and growth initiatives. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring products are well managed across the end-to-end value chain, provide adequate returns, and deliver leading customer experience. The lending products in scope include term loans, overdrafts, and bill facilities, and are distributed to small business and business bank customers across metro and regional areas.
