Senior Business Architect - Project Delivery (Change) -Finance IT systems - Banking - Clearing, Settlement, Securities, Unit Trust Trade processing, Front, middle and back office banking processes - Global Financial Services entity. £95-£105k base + bonus/benefits.
The role is a part of the Project Delivery team responsible of the definition and delivery of all major change initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Business Architects engage at the outset of any change initiative and involved through whole definition stage. Responsibilities will include: clearly define the services of the Business Architecture team and develop solid techniques and processes. Lead and develop business architecture. Running of the day-to-day activities relating to the design of business solutions, supporting major new business development opportunities, design of major new target process and operating models and development and management of the business architecture function. Will require a good understanding of front, middle and back office banking processes, specifically knowledge of:
Clearing and Settlement functions, platforms and services, Securities and Unit Trust trade processing supported by delivering change, and should include experience in of: Business Process Analysis and Design, Leading and delivering solutions workshops, Solutions definition and design, appreciation of data modelling, definition of phase solutions delivery. It would be advantageous to have knowledge/experience in Finance IT systems and project/programme management and defining IT implementation projects
