Senior Manager – Business Modelling recruitment

Based out of the Qatar, Kuwait or Saudi office you will be responsible for leading modelling engagements managing all the financial and risk aspects of client engagements. You will have a deep understanding of client expectations as well as extensive knowledge of the complex financial issues involved. Your strong understanding of Excel-based models will be key as will your commitment to business development. Motivating teams to high-performance levels will be a strong characteristic of your profile.

This role involves a number of important responsibilities including:

- Managing engagements including all financial and risk aspects;

- Show good understanding of all solution areas in the business modelling team and develop opportunities for selling wider modelling services both internally and externally;

- Respond quickly to client requests for information or guidance and recognize opportunities to contribute and solve client issues when they arise;

- Build effective working relationships with colleagues, organisations and clients;

- Be actively involved in sales proposals to target clients and participate in sales presentations;

- Help people to develop through effectively supervising, coaching, mentoring and providing feedback for all levels of staff;

- Support recruitment activity for the team.

With a role of this nature the following person profile would be an ideal fit:

- Excellent experience in financial / business modelling ideally with an accounting / financial services organisation;

- Strong quantitative skills with an analytical approach;

- Excellent IT skills with strong proficiency in Excel;

- Likely to be a subject-matter (solution or industry) expert in one or more fields;

- Ideally possess an accounting qualification;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed;

- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
