Are you a strong marketing leader passionate about customer focused strategies segmentation techniques?
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled retention marketer to take on a challenging role, encompassing all aspects of leading the CRM/retention strategy for the DACH Benelux regions and be responsible for the channel’s revenues and profitability.
Reporting to the Country Director for DACH Benelux regions, you will have overall responsibility for managing a team of seven retention marketing specialists on this region. As a key member of the sales marketing country team, you will partner with acquisition to ensure a holistic approach to customer acquisition and retention, maximizing the life time value and profits of our various customer segments.
Your role will involve
- Owning all repeat sales for the DACH region, independent of channel (email, online, offline, direct mail etc
- Developing and executing the DACH CRM/retention strategy, campaign planning, set up and optimization, churn management, customer lifecycle management solutions and transactional emails
- Partnering with the CRM/Customer Service team to execute retention best practices, while adapting and customizing campaigns, triggers, and other customer touch-points applicable to the DACH segments
- Working closely with the DACH acquisition team, creative, analytics and translation services, as well as the central functions of product, user experience and content strategy
- Collaborating closely with the other CRM experts across markets
In return you will bring
- 8-12 years relevant work experience, including at least 5 years managing CRM/loyalty programs/retention campaigns
- 5 + years team management experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the email channel and other retention vehicles
- German Dutch language skills are a plus but not a requirement; strong English language skills are required. Spanish is not a requirement.
