Senior Manager- Enterprise Risk Management (Ref: 3703) recruitment
Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to assist Chief Risk Officer for developing and communicating the enterprise risk management framework, and for overseeing development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies aimed at optimizing the global risk/ return profile of the firm. In addition, he/she will have oversight of the company’s enterprise risk management programs by ensuring that effective processes are in place for the risk identification, assessment, risk response development, monitoring and control and reporting of risks inherent in the organization’s activities.
Requirement:
- University graduate in Statistics, Actuarial or related disciplines, with relevant professional qualifications in Actuary is highly preferable.
- At least 8 years relevant actuarial/ risk management experience within insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, presentation and writing skills, with good business sense.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
